I have always loved visiting historical buildings and castles in particular. I’ve visited the ones close by where I live so decided to look a little further afield. Bolsover Castle is near Chesterfield and about 1 hour and 15 mins drive from home, not to far away.
I enjoy walking around and taking images that catch my eye, and there is a lot to walk around here at Bolsover castle. There are gardens, wallls and a well preserved castle itself alongside a few more run down ruins.
These images are all take handheld with my Fuji X-T5 with Sigma f2.8 lenses. All edited in Lightroom using Reala Ace as the base film simulation, then tweaked here and there.
