An Alderley Edge Wander

I’m looking for places to visit that I haven’t been before and on my way back from Teggs Nose last week I drove to Alderley Edge. I realised that although I’ve lived in Cheshire for well over 30 years I haven’t visited the edge, at Alderley Edge.

So yesterday morning I decided to put that right. I found a parking spot just off the main Macclesfield Road and set off with absolutely no plan of what I wanted to shoot.

What I soon realised is that there are lots of paths that cross cross this location and wandering around was the best way to find stuff to shoot. That what I did and these are the results of the walk. These are all shot hand held on my Fuji X-Pro3 at 16mm (24mm full frame equivalent). All edited in Lightroom with Classic Negative film simulation as the basis, with a few tweaks.
