This is the second instalment of the visits to Greater Manchester Museums, this is the day after Part 1 of this series.
I’ve decided that this is going to be a longer term project of photographing each museum in Greater Manchester. I will need to make a fuller list so I know what the extent of the project is and so I can mark off when I have visited each one.
There will be maybe 5 images from each visit to each museum that I think captured the essence of the museum and my visit. This will then be made into a book that I will get printed by a proper printers at some point.
All the images that appear in this project will be taken with my Leica Q3 28.
This is a selection of images from the visit to Portland Basin Museum which is in Ashton Under Lyne. This is a study in all things about the industry over the years covering the last century. I will decide which 5 images at some point and create a separate folder on my MacBook Pro.
