The weather forecast had today as the best day this week, so despite a hangover I decided a train ride into Manchester City Centre would be the perfect tonic for my hangover.
On and off over the last few years I have had a go at my version of street photography. Maybe it’s more urban landscapes than the traditional scenes you’d find in most street photography work.
The strong sunlight helps create wonderful shadows and the mixture of buildings around the city centre provide some strong light and shade images.
These are all taken handheld on a 16mm f2 lens on my Fuji, which is 24mm full frame equivalent. All shot using Classic Negative film simulation with a few tweaks in Lightroom.
